Now Hiring: Administrative Manager
Job Description: The Administrative Manager for Campus Christian Center schedules facility use, arranges for and oversees maintenance and repairs, builds relationships with student residents, works collaboratively with ministry staff, performs basic A/R and A/P functions, along with financial recordkeeping and minimal payroll and reporting, and compiles the Annual Report for the owner members. The Administrative Manager is a facilitator and ambassador of the organization and works closely with and reports to the partnership’s board of directors.
Requirements: 3 years related work experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with basic website management. A passion for working with a diverse population of university students.
Compensation: Budgeted at 20 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling office hours Beginning pay of $24/hour Position is available immediately. Open until filled. Christus Collegium, the Center for Campus Ministry, has been part of the Bozeman and Montana State University communities for the last 50 years, and it continues to serve Montana State University students through a variety of programs and services.
